Donate Goods for the Christmas Give Away

Donations are accepted at the Junior Fair Building on the north end of the race track starting at 10:00 AM on Monday, December 9th.  The last chance to donate goods is Tuesday, December 10th at 12 noon at the Fairgrounds.   Every item needs to be counted so we know how many boxes of cereal, towels or soups each family may select.  

What should I donate?   

Money is great because we buy in case lots.  Checks should be made to Fulton County Christmas Cheer and sent to 202 DeGroff, Archbold OH 43502 or brought to the fairgrounds during the 4-day program.

Items we need: 

4 packs of toilet tissue (or bigger and we break them into 4)
Clothes and/or dish detergent
Single rolls of paper towels
Shampoos, body wash, conditioners 
Canned meats
Canned fruit
Flour, sugar, cake mixes, puddings
Rice, boxed potatoes, etc.
Do Not Bring: opened items, home-canned items, outdated items or perishables

School Student Collections

Volunteers will come to your school to pick up on Monday morning the 9th. Call phone coordinator Brenda at 419-446-2122 to arrange for pick-up.

Civic and church Groups

Please identify someone who can bring your collection to the fairgrounds either Monday the 9th between 10 and 4 or Tuesday the 10th from 9 until noon.
